Stress can wreak havoc on our bodies, and many of us with autoimmune or other health issues can probably relate to having a stressful time leading up to it or chronic stress.
It’s so important to take care of ourselves and not let stress take over our lives. Essential oils have played a huge role in reducing my stress and how I handle it the past 3.5 years.
When they released the Serenity softgels two years ago, my husband and I both noticed how much they helped us during stressful times and we both love taking them for a restful night sleep, and when you diffuse calming oils such a Serenity (I love Adaptiv and Serenity together!) you get that much better of sleep.
In the morning I take an Adaptiv capsule which helps me to handle the different emotions and stressors during the day. I have been sticking Adaptiv in the diffuser in the morning, during the day and at night. I’ll share some of my favorite oils to combine with it in another post (but it’s amazing on its own too). Little changes like this along with deep breathing and exercise can all help keep our stress levels down and help keep our bodies functioning at their best.
